AI CentX is a business management and digital transformation consulting firm headquartered in Charlotte, NC, United States. We provide strategic management, AI adoption, Lean Six Sigma, and digital transformation services to organisations worldwide.

• Contact Form: Name, email address, company name, and message content.
• AI Maturity Assessment: Respondent name, business name, industry, country, region, company size, role, and dimension ratings (1–5).
• Payment Processing (if applicable): Payment transactions are processed entirely by PayPal. AI CentX does not collect or store credit card numbers or payment details.

We do not collect: cookies for tracking purposes, IP addresses for profiling, or any data without your direct input.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely for the following purposes:

• Responding to enquiries submitted through our contact form.
• Generating your AI Maturity Assessment report and delivering it to you.
• Improving our services using anonymised, aggregated assessment data (no personal identifiers).
• Processing payments for premium assessment services via PayPal.

We will never use your data for unsolicited marketing, sell it to third parties, or share it with any party not directly involved in delivering your requested service.

4. Where Your Data Is Stored

Contact form submissions are stored in Google Sheets (Google LLC, USA) via Google Apps Script. This data is accessible only to authorised AI CentX personnel. Google's data processing complies with GDPR through Standard Contractual Clauses.

Assessment reports are generated entirely in your browser — the report data is not transmitted to or stored on any server. Only contact form submissions are recorded externally.

5. Data Retention

Contact form data is retained for 24 months from the date of submission, after which it is permanently deleted from our records. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 8).

6. Third-Party Services

• Google Sheets / Apps Script — contact form data storage (Google LLC)
• PayPal — payment processing for premium services (PayPal Inc., USA)
• Cloudflare Pages — website hosting and content delivery (Cloudflare Inc., USA)
• Google Fonts — typography loaded from Google CDN (no personal data transmitted)
• Flag CDN (flagcdn.com) — country flag images (no personal data transmitted)

Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. We select partners that maintain GDPR and CCPA compliance. AI CentX is not responsible for the privacy practices of these external services.

7. Cookies

AI CentX does not use cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising purposes. No cookie consent banner is required because no tracking cookies are set.

Your browser may store technical information locally (such as language preferences) using browser storage mechanisms. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to us.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion ("Right to be Forgotten"): Request permanent deletion of your data.

Our services are directed exclusively at business professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 16. If you believe a minor has submitted data through our website, please contact us immediately at contact@aicentx.com.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS (TLS encryption) for all data in transit, restricted access to stored contact data, and regular security reviews. While we take all reasonable precautions, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure.
